Peta Schofield
Peta has more than a decade of experience working as a fisheries technician for the Fishery Monitoring team, part of the Queensland Government Department of Agriculture and Fisheries. In a career highlight, Peta recently used her detailed knowledge and experience from her years of fisheries field and lab work to help design and release an app for the team to use for their scientific data collection. Peta has since taken on a Senior Project Officer role with the Reporting, Information and Digital Solutions team in Fisheries Queensland to assist with additional app development and engagement work for their commercial fishing app.
