Sofia Gabriel
I am originally from Massachusetts, USA, where I completed my Master's analyzing AUV tracking data on white sharks. I now live in Hobart, Tasmania where I am in the Quantitative Marine Science program at the University of Tasmania. My PhD project is investigating the fine-scale movements of white sharks off Hawk's Nest, NSW using methods such as social network analysis and hidden Markov models.
